The following rules together with the general and competition terms and conditions apply to Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Re-Opening Competition which will run from Sunday 9^th December 2012 to Sunday 31^st March 2013.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

"The winner of this competition and all participants", agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Starwood (M) International Inc. Dubai any and all Starwood entities and their affiliates and employees against and from all claims, liability, damages, losses and expenses, including attorney’s fees, howsoever the same maybe caused by reason of any suit, claim, demand, judgement or cause of action initiated by any person or entity arising or alleged to have arisen directly or indirectly out of the performance of "The winner and all participants" work or obligations under this agreement.

1HOW TO ENTER:
1.1Beginning Sunday 9^th December 2012 and ending March 31^st, 2013 ("Competition Period"),visit lemeridien-minaseyahi.com/eyeswideopen ("Website") reply to all questions from the quiz & complete the registration form to receive one (1) entry into that Sweepstake competition. You may also receive one bonus entry by replying to all answers correctly to all questions of the quiz.
1.2Entries limitation will be of one (1) online entry per person for the entire duration of the campaign (as defined in #1) during the Promotional Period.
2ELIGIBILITY:
2.1This competition is open to entrants of 21 years of age and older as of date of entry.
2.2Employees of Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Inc ("Sponsor") and any of their affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses).
2.3All employees and family members of the promoter and/or sponsors are not allowed to enter into the competition.
3PRIZES:
3.1Grand Prize (1) one : A 3-day/3-night trip for (2) two persons with a stay at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach resort & Marina, Dubai. Trip includes:
- Accomodation for 3-nights at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi, based on (1) one Deluxe Room (double occupancy).
- Return flights from the closest major airport nearest winner's home to Dubai,
- Round-trip transfers between airport and hotel
- Daily Breakfast in Latest Recipe Restaurant
- 1x Set Dinner in Latest Recipe for 2 persons
3.2Hotel reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person/household/email address.
3.3All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners, if applicable.
4RANDOM DRAWING:
4.1One (1) Grand Prize winner, will be selected in a random drawing on the 15^th April 2013.
4.2Drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period, by a representative of Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Sole Establishment Inc, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstake. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received over the promotion period.
5GENERAL RULES:
5.1All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by email and phone.
5.2Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return via mail a liability/publicity release (where legal) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
5.3Grand Prize winner may need to verify mailing address within 20 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
5.4Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection.
5.5Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is not received by a potential winner for any reason.
5.6Travel companions of each Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if guest is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to travel.
5.7Trip must be taken within one year of notification.
5.8Restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
5.9All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes and tips are the winner's sole responsibility.
5.10Grand Prize winners and their travel companions, as appropriate, must possess valid travel documents. Visa and travel insurance costs are for each individuals account and the responsibility of applying for the visa will also be for each individual. (i.e., valid government issued photo ID, passport, etc.) in order to travel.
5.11Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name, biographical information, pictures/portraits, likeness and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5.12Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize.
5.13By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
5.14Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be sold and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable.
5.15We reserve the right to review and revise our terms and conditions without giving prior notice and by participating in the competition subsequent to any revision of our terms and conditions; you agree to be bound by such changes
5.16Winners release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
5.17In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Winners may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
5.18If for any reason the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes and award prizes for applicable quarterly drawing periods from among all eligible online entries received prior to cancellation or termination and all eligible handed in entries received.
5.19Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
5.20The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, illegible, late, mistranscribed, or mutilated entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, faulty or mistranscribed telephone communication, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
